Nice mid-long run with a strong finish mile @ 8:30. Some right lateral knee pain like I was getting before Churchill's half and after that race last fall after a couple of miles. Could be the new shoes or greater mileage I have been doing lately. Went away late in the run even though I was running harder. Heels are still hurting.
