Wasn't supposed to be a tempo run, but I felt like making it one, so I did. Well, sort of. I just progressively pushed my pace throughout the entire run so, maybe it was more like a modified speed workout? Whatever, it was fun. Same pains, different day. Right medial/distal lower leg pain is the worst. Everything else was pretty good. The weather was perfect, mostly sunny, slightly breezy, and temp around 21*.

I think that is the first sub-8 minute mile pace I have ran since I began running in January 2006.
