rough. I have to stop thinking I'm invinsible in this heat. Meant to go long and get out this morning. Had a really lazy morning but drank tons of water and felt like I'd be safe going out with it so overcast. It was bad. Really humid and sweated way too much early on so felt really weak the last 4 miles. Went to the university to get some nice roads to run on but it was closed for Corpus Cristi. Kind of just a poorly planned long run, holiday, mid day start... Bad idea.
