Went with Garth and Sam from my house in Cudahy. Felt fine after 4 miles... Pretty hard to loosen up though. Went by fast chatting with those guys. Nice to get the run done early. I have decided I'm better in the evenings but I'll have to get used to morning runs this year....
Son should be here any hour...
