Finally my first race of the year. Goal here was to break my 5K PR, which I did by about a minute and a half. Still more in the tank, and each race shows me that I'm not giving my all. But for what it is worth, if I'm breaking PRs that means I'm getting faster while I get older, and that is a victory in itself. The course was a bit hilly, which means I really want to see my self let loose on a flat/fast 5K course.
