2 mile warmup/strides

1 mile race: 5:22; pretty disappointing considering what I should have been able to run; I know I could have gone faster but I was worried I would have burned out by the time the finish came because I could tell I was low on calories even before the race; Coach Kamm told me I was too relaxed half way through the race and he was right; I'm not especially happy but it's just a scrimmage and I'll take it as a trial that allowed me to develop a better race plan for when it really counts
