Notes
First run since marathon. 7 miles, with 2 mile warm-up 3 hill repeats, and 2 mile cool-down. Excited to be back on the road. Going to place a stronger emphasis on hills/strength. Right calve pretty sore. Thanks God for a nice transition back into training.
