My mile times would have been closer to 8-min./mile but I took my first two miles pretty conservatively. Dealt with some right hip flexor issues in the middle of the run...eventually went away (slowed me down quite a bit). Cardio-wise, I feel super-duper (could have gone a while longer, can't push it though). Thank God for my first double-digit run in well-over a year!
