Mile Progression Workout:

Started at 7:30/mile and increased speed on treadmill by one setting every mile, until the completion of the 8th mile, which got me slightly below race pace. Legs felt very tired and sore today, defintely a mind over matter workout! Thank you God for the perseverance to push through difficult situations.
