Notes
Wanted run to be qutie easy. Took a slow pace out, and decided to keep it slow on the way back, as it was still over 100 degrees and hadn't all-the-way digested my dinner. Attacked a hill pretty hard at the end of the run, just to get my glutes a little work. Felt a little twinge, but nothing that caused any concern. This week should be easier than last week, I probably won't take my runs over 30 minutes.
