Notes
Knew at mile 2 it was going to be a rough day. Held my pace around 6:55/mi. for most of the later miles. Been sick with a chest cold and had right hamstring act up this past week. Felt much less than 100%, but thankful for mentally toughing through. Glad I didn't wear my HR monitor, wouldn't have liked what I saw.
