HR monitor didn't work for first half of run. If it had, I would've probably seen how low my hr was. Second half, got it to work, keep hr at 146/160 (my long zone), and my pace was much better...didn't feel like I struggled too hard with it. Thanks God for helping me get up for a long run this morning when I would have much rather slept in! Thanks for taking care of my legs and giving me quality time to proces my thoughts.
