Hill repeats on the treadmill. Hills were at 9% incline, rests at 0%. First hill at 10min/mile, next 2 at 8:34, last at 8:00. Finished with 1 x Pedestal routine x 20 sec + Myrtle.

I'll probably try to do this workout faster throughout, next time.
