Negative splits! Calves don't hurt! Faster than the 5K time trial I did at the beginning of this series! Felt fast, but not difficult. Kept cadence high; concentrating on that seems to help. This is really more my Tempo pace should be, only thing that brought it down to 7 min/mile was cranking the last mile. Easily my best workout yet.
