1% on the treadmill. I can't figure out how the programs work. They all default to like 3.5 mph. Whatever.
Nice and easy. I can definitely feel my fitness improving. Had the 'mill set at 7:35 pace for a while, still breathing easy, but backed off when I could start feeling some tightening in my hamstrings. My legs feel a little tired, probably from the sprinting. That was kind of a dumb workout.
Pretty excited for the milage bump next week. I'm handling the 6 days/week pretty well, and my runs all feel short. Hopefully the weather's relatively nice.
