Awesome run. Few minutes at 8:30, ramped up to 7 and change, threw some fast strides in at the end ('cause I got bored) and then slowed over the last 5 min.
I don't know how accurate the speeds/paces are, though. It seems easier on the 'mill. Oh, well. If I feel like going a little faster, I will.
I am so going under 18:00 this year.
