Long slow run. Nice easy pace. Did 2-mile loop 9 times. This worked really well - kept my gels and a water bottle in the mailbox and didn't have to carry anything. Also made it easy to take a potty break at mile 4 and mile 6. Hubby came out and joined me for the last 3 miles which was great. I thought the loops might get too repetitive, but it worked so well and made it see to go by fast. Actually a very enjoyable run!
