Thought I'd throw on the HR monitor today to keep it an easy run. At the beginning of the year I would have to run closer to an 11 min mile to keep my HR under 145, so I was extremely happy to see this today. For the past few months, a 8:30-9 pace has felt like an easy run for me, so this backs up what I've been feeling without the monitor. That's great! :)
