Notes

Did something to my left hamstring on Sat - I think doing yardwork. Thought (hoped) it was lactic acid and ran through it yesterday. Last night was hurting still. Tried to stretch a little this morning before running. Started off slow. At 2 miles decided to stop because I could feel myself compensating on my right side and didn't want to end up causing some other injury. Will RICE, stretch and roll today. Hopefully it's better tomorrow and I can make up some miles.
