My longest run to date. Went out with the intention to just run 18 miles at an easy pace, walk if I needed to. Not thrilled with how much I walked miles 14-15, but not totally unhappy with my overall pace for an "easy" training run. Did fine with it mentally, could've kept going. Breathing was super easy, I was singing along with my tunes. My toes hurt and my ass hurts though. Time to stretch, then nap.
Fuel - had a 5 hr energy and a HS gel at the start. Then a HS gel at mile 5 and 12 (I think) Drank lots of water during my run. Probably needed a salt tab or electrolyte drink - I was covered in white at the end.
Gear - White Asics, inov-8 vest with bladder, arm sleeves (took off at mile 9)
