Anchorage, AK. Coastal trail near airport from Earthquake Park. Warmed up for the first two miles (9:55 & 9:04), ran hard mile 3 (7:56), easy mile (9:04), hard mile (7:37), and then two easy miles (9:04 & 8:54).
This was my first attempt at some real speed, if you can call it that. My right hamstring is sore, but not injured. I am highly encouraged that I'm getting stronger and faster.
