Notes

Warm up for 10 minutes, 8x 4 minutes at p.e. of 7.5, 1 minute at p.e. of 5, cool down 5 minutes. The site of the fracture was actually bugging me toward the end in the pool so I didn't finish the last 5 minutes of the workout. It makes me think it is more soft tissue/ nerves than the actual bone that is hurting, since there was no pressure or weight in the pool--just hurt when my foot was in a pointed position and had resistance from water.
