Felt great considering this was the first track workout in more than a year and the only thing even remotely speedy that I've done since long before that (surgery). I could have done the full 12, but felt my hamstring on post op side getting a little twingy and didn't want to push it on day 1 of marathon training. Overall a good confidence building workout. I have a long way to go to get back to the fitness level of 2 years ago, but I am making great progress.
