Brisk walk for 2 hours with 6x5 min with 2 min walk mixed in. Walked for 10 minutes, then started the 6x5 min. I felt really good the whole way through. The last part of the walk it was so tempting to run, but I only let myself do a few 20 second jogs here/ there.
Wore the Asic with orthotics
