2 x 10 minute tempo @ GMP (goal marathon pace) of 8:00 minutes/mile - 5 minute recovery jog in between. This one felt pretty darn good! It was a very nice distraction to have my coach running next to me too! Normally 9 miles on the treadmill feels really tedious but this went by pretty fast. The MP miles felt comfortable for the most part. One step closer to Boston!
