Warm up for 2.5 miles, then 10 miles at GMP. Averaged 7:54 for 10 miles. Was a very difficult run. My legs were sore before I even started (mostly DOMS from the 12 mile hike on my "off" day). My hamstring started to hurt. Who am I kidding, everything hurt. It felt about the same as running the last 10 miles of a marathon. I guess this cumulative fatigue thing is legit.
