Notes

7 x 10 minute intervals with 2 minute walk breaks. I met a friend early in the am (6:30) and we did 4x15 min with a couple minute walk breaks and then another 10 minutes or so to get back home. We kept the pace easy (on crunchy snow, so it was going to be slow either way) and conversational. Felt great and the time flew by!
