Continue with 6x5 minute jogs with 2-3 minute walk breaks -

Got the clear from Alec to run outside and mix up the surface a bit. Didn't wear my orthotics for this one--just put on a new pair of my Brooks Adrenalines (13s). Took the jogs slow and tried to keep my steps quick and short. Felt some twinges on the run but nothing achey or localized to the fracture site.
