I really tried to rally for this but just couldn't. I'm sick. BLERGH. I could have run through the stuffed nose, but the cough/ chest pain was too much. I warmed up for 2 miles, then ran an 800 at 3:35, 1/4 mile jog, 800 at 3:35, 1/4 mile jog. HR averaged 155, max 188
