Notes

Walk 3 minutes, then 6x5 min jogs (8:49-8:57) with 2 min walk in between. Felt good overall. Some twinges in my middle toes on the injured foot, but I checked on it during the walk breaks and it felt fine. I think it's residual and tendon pain only, and it's nothing sharp or that I'd even notice otherwise.
