Notes

Hip felt surprisingly good! I stayed on mostly flat route for this out and back. First 6 miles were faster b/c of a tail wind and a gradual decline. Last 6 a bit tougher running into the wind and on an incline. Last mile tried to pick up the pace and logged in a 7:48.
