Notes
Ran the first 6 miles with my friend Jen. We took it a bit slower (8:55) as she was feeling tired. Last 5 miles I went a little bit faster but not by much. My hip felt good most of the way. I've been fighting another cold (sore throat and headache) so that was more of a factor than anything else. Legs didn't feel quite as clunky as they have in the past week or two....then again they weren't exactly peppy either! ;-)
