Six weeks post op, went to the gym for the first time since surgery. Easy 25 minutes on the bike (though it didn't feel great-hip flexor seems to be irritated), did strength training for arms, 50 crunches and 5 minutes of elliptical. Elliptical felt better than the bike but I didn't want to do too much of it as my PT had warned it might be too soon to start that up.
