Walked 3 minutes, then ran 7, walked 3, ran 7, walked 2, ran 8, walked 3, ran 9 for a total of 31 minutes jogging.
Don't think my HR monitor is really accurate anymore. Says I averaged 152 and max 187, but several times I checked it during my walk and compared to another HR app, and each time it was high by 30 bpm. My HR never felt like it was racing.
