My hip (abductor/ inside near groin) was hurting again for this run. I decided to cut the run short because it didn't feel like it was subsiding and there seemed no point in pushing it. this was more discomfort than I've had for past runs, and it would be limiting if this sort of pain continued. I stretched and foam rolled quite a bit after ward and that definitely helped. Before the run, I had pain just walking around. Now it seems to have subsided (for the most part). Of note, it was more comfortable to open up my stride and run faster (8:00 pace) than to run easy pace.
