Strength training - day #2

I couldn't get to the gym today. This week has been crazy with doctors appts (for me and kids), dentist for kids, half days, school conferences and so on. After I get the kids into bed I plan on doing all my PT exercises (he gave me some new ones) and some push-ups/ planking. Will also do some extra stretching and foam rolling. Will probably also need to move my long run to Saturday.
