Comfortably intense. important to not go into oxygen debt. tempo run last week was a bit too much in oxygen debt. If you end up around 7:00/mile - 7:05 that should be ideal.
The first mile marker will be at 18th ave south (assuming you begin tempo at 5th ave) When you turn left on 18th ave make sure to check the time to see if you're on pace. As stated above around 7:00/mi is good but it is *much better* to be closer to 7:30/mi than under 7:00/mi!
