Notes

Ran 30 minutes at 8:12 pace, followed by a 5 minute jogging cool down. I feel good that I am getting back on a running schedule. I didn't really feel like running tonight, but once I got started, it felt great. I need to keep up with the plan and not let things slip away like they did year.
