Ran 30 minutes at 8:12 pace, followed by a 5 minute jogging cool down. This run wore me out tonight. I felt beat down after the run. All through the run, I felt tired and wanted to stop, but I finished what I started. The 3rd night in a row is tough when you are just getting back into a solid routine.
