I could really tell that this run was pushing the pace compared to what I have been doing recently. Still it felt good. I was too tired to run first thing in the morning like I wanted to, so I did it later in the day. I would liked for this run to have felt easier, but the tough part seemed to be more at the start and the longer I ran, the easier it got.
