Pace = 9:00 to 10:00
Ran 81 minutes at 8:49 pace followed by 5 minute jogging cooldown. This run was fine, I got really sweaty, even more than normal. Lately on a lot of my runs, I have been feeling like I can go the distance of the planned run, but not much further. This does not seem to change with a 3 mile run or a 10+ mile run.
