Pace = 9:00 to 9:30
While on a business trip to St. Louis, ran outside on the Belleville Metrolink Bike Trail starting at Southwestern Illinois College. It was nice and warm (shorts + long sleeve shirt in January!), with a little bit of a wind out. Ran pretty good, had no idea as to distance or pace until the run was over. It felt a little tough to be outside, but not bad, guess I need to get out more and off the treadmill less.
