Pace = 9:00 to 10:00

Ran 60 minutes at 9:04 pace followed by a 5 minute jogging cooldown. I really love long runs on Saturday mornings. This is about as far as I can go without taking fluids. Perhaps I need to wear a water belt or have a water bottle when going long on the treadmill.
