Rode south from Troy Nelson's place. Nice loop through Fairfield, Waverly, Rosalia, and Cheney. Felt good and relaxed for first four to four and a half hours, but had to sit on Troy's wheel for last hour - he picked up the pace to his IM race pace for final two hours. Did an easy 4 mile run afterwards. Good day, but I am fried!
