T2 was 45 sec.

If there was any doubt that I pushed the bike hard, it was removed when I started the run. Felt like I would throw up about 100 yds into the run. Started feeling a little better after about the halfway point. Tried to reel people in, and push the edge of throwing up, but not push too far. Messed up watch and it wasn't showing splits.

Decent run for how I felt.
