No goal pace or workout in mind, just needed a longer run. Wind chill was 25, so wore UA underwear, 2 pair of shorts, ua tshirt, ua coldgear and nike halfzip. also wore cap but no gloves. This was about perfect. Started feeling pretty good about halfway thru 2nd mile. Felt really strong on this run, but just held a pace about a half notch above easy, and pushed it a little bit thru the last half mile. Really happy to see that I have a decent place to work from for the next 7 weeks to be ready for the HM.
