drank two cups of coffee, thermotab, had 20 oz nuun, 20 oz water + 24 oz fuel belt. Took gel at mile 6, and mile 11.
Plan was to run miles 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 faster. Best I've felt on a long run in a LONG time. Felt like I could have ran 10 more miles. Great run!
