thought this would be just awful with the heat and that i would end up cuttin it short but no. the constant breeze on bike was very nice. i had to take a gu at 10m cause i didn't staht with one i guess...they seem to last about 15m on bike so accordin to me i would say that a 15m bike is worth about a 5m run...that might be different for someone else but for me and my fitness level...i'm goin with that.
nothin short of freaky...feelin immediate awesomeness aftah gu. do not tell me it is in my head.
