ok this is the deal, i believe the trail runnin really helps out with the bike so instead of fuckin spinnin all wintah and exposin myself to "that", i think i'll just snowshoe in it's place and fuckin kick some bike ass this spring. yup this is why i used to see so many triathletes on snowshoes.
