finally got the nerve to try this...ok, i knew slick was goin on the tm so i figured now was the time. now i realize that it is no big deal and no one cares.
haha...did 3 laps...it took me for evah to figure the damn thing out...like all of lap 1. i was behind the pacer by like 11 minutes. i spent the next 2 tryin to catch him....crossed the line with him ahead by 28 seconds...bastid! it was fun and i'll be doin more of this like after swimin and before runnin....lol. butt still fuckin hurt though.
mta - this is a lot hahdah then the machine at home....but definately more mentally stimulating.
